Cold Coconut Mango Cocktail

Ingredients

Working Method
  • Boil the coconut milk together with the cream and fresh mango
  • Pour onto the chocolate and mix until a homogeneous ganache is formed
  • Pipe into a 3mm diameter  small silicon mould
  • Freeze
  • Mix the frozen ganache with the milk & the batida de coco
