Sofgrain Sprouted Rye CL consists of sprouted rye kernels infuses with sourdough. Sprouting is an ancient and natural process which allows the grains to start germinating by only using air and water. When the rye sprouted, it brings honey and malted notes.

Industrial Bakery Competence Center

The IBCCs provide customers with the facilities and tools to develop specific bakery finished goods, and to research and test new applications before starting production.
