Working Method

Steam Cake
  • Mixing: Mix all ingredients for 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Topping: Cut the yam and sweet potato in cube, then coat with cake flour. Sprinkle the yam and sweet potato on top of batter.
  • Steam: Pour the batter into 5 inch cake ring of 250 - 300g  and steam for 30 - 32 minutes.
