Gluten Free Vegan Brownies


Working Method
  • Sift together the rice flour, almond powder, cocoa and baking powder.
  • Heat the salad oil, sugar at 40℃, blend together with the melted chocolate to make a ganache.
  • Add the powder to the ganache and mix with a whisk to get a homogenous dough.
  • Slowly mix in soy milk till homogeneus
  • Spread the dough on a plate and sprinkle with the pecan nuts and Belcolade Noir Grains Selection.
  • Bake in a deck oven at 180℃, for about 30 minutes (damper open)
