Working Method

Tart Dough
  • Mix butter, salt and icing sugar. Then, add in almond flour, mix well.
  • Pour in the egg slowly, mix well.
  • Add in the flour, mix until become a dough. Rest it overnight.
  • Roll out the dough to 3mm thick, shape it into the tart ring.
  • Bake at 160°C for 20 to 25 minutes, depends on size.

Tegral Satin Moist Cake Golden
  • Mix cake mix, water, oil and egg until homogeneous.
  • Pipe batter into the tart shell, sprinkle dry cranberry on top.
  • Bake at 160°C for 12 to 15 minutes depends on the thickness of the cake.

Rose Cheese Cream
  • Whip the cream until soft peak.
  • Melt gelatine mass.
  • Incorporate a bit of deli cheesecake with gelatine mass, then pour back into deli cheesecake, mix well.
  • Fold the cream into cheesecake mixture.
  • Lastly, add in rose essence.
  • Decoration: Pipe rose cheese cream on top of the tart.
