Working Method

Orange Velvet Cake
  • Whisk up cake mix, egg, water and SP by using balloon whisk in high speed for approximately 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Incorporate the oil.
  • Baked at top 200˚C and bottom 180˚C around 10 - 13 minutes.

Orange Cheese Cream
  • Semi whip the cream.
  • Fold the Deli Cheesecake into the whipping cream and add in orange zest.

  • Use medium speed to whip up the Ambiante until smooth and soft texture.
  • Pipe on top of the swiss roll as decoration.
