Snow Skin
  • Mix Green tea powder with cold water.
  • Mix well all ingredients till a smooth dough is formed.

Green Tea Nama Ganache
  • Mix well the whipping cream with Matcha powder.
  • Heat the balance whipping cream together with glucose.
  • Pour cream into chocolate and mix well with a blender.
  • Cool down the ganache to 25-28˚C, then add in butter.
  • Let it set over night in chiller. Cut desired shape with cutter.
