Add all ingredient and mix at slow speed for 4 min, then fast speed 3 min.

Cut a line and put salted butter on top on the dough.
Top temperature 180°C
Bottom temperature 160°C
After 10 minutes baking , spread a layer of butter on top and continue to bake. Then after 3 minutes, spread another layer of butter again. Repeat again after another 3 minutes. Take out from the oven, spread a layer of butter.
