Sour Dough Scone


Working Method
  • Combine all the ingredients together.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead briefly.
  • Roll dough out into a ½ inch thick , cut in desired shape.
  • Egg wash surface. Bake in a convection oven at 190°C for about 15 minutes.
