Working Method

Mixing
  • Soften the butter, add in Tegral Cookie and egg yolk, mix until the cookies dough developed. 
  • Divide the dough into 10g each, make a small oval log shape and place on baking tray.
  • Place one whole almond in the center.

Baking
  • Bake at 170 °C for about 15-18 minutes.
  • Place the cooled cookies on a small size of cupcake paper.
  • Melt the Coverlux Dark Compound Drops.
  • Coat the cookies surface with melted chocolate, then sprinkle some chocolate deco on top.
