Working Method
  • Blend slowly the soft butter with the whipping cream.
  • Add rest of the ingredients, mix shortly.
  • Roll dough out and let set in the fridge.
  • Cut in desired shape.
  • Bake in a convection oven at 165°C for about 20-25 minutes.
