Working Method

Mixing
  • Mix all ingredients except pineapple filling until a cookies dough developed.
  • Divide the dough into 8g per piece, pineapple filling 6g per piece.
  • Wrap the pineapple filling with the cookie dough.
  • Stamp the surface with polo bun bread stamp.

Baking
  • Bake at 170 °C for 15-18minutes.
