Ingredients

Working Method

Whip the butter until soft
Add in all ingredients and mix until a dough is formed
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll into a cylinder shape
Then freeze the rolled dough ~10-15mins
Take it out & brush egg white on it
Roll sesame evenly
Take it out and cut into round shapes
Bake at 160°C for 17mins
