Working Method
  • Add in all the ingredients until a batter formed
  • Then add cranberry, pumpkin seed, orange peel, apricot & almond flakes into the batter and mix well
  • Pour onto square cake mold  & bake at 180°C top, 170°C bottom for 25mins until it is 80% cooked
  • Once baked, freeze the cake
  • Remove from freezer and cut into 8cm length, 2cm height
  • Then bake again until it has become a biscuit texture
