Working Method

Cookie Dough
  1. Mix all the ingredients to develop a cookie dough.
  2. Roll and form the dough into cylinders 5cm in diameter. Then, chilled it for 2 hours.
  3. Remove from chiller and cut it to 5mm in thickness.
  4. Place the cookies on the tray and bake at 170°C for 15 - 18 minutes.

Coating
  1. Melt the chocolate in mircowave around 40°C - 45°C.
  2. Dip the cookies into the chocolate accordingly and let the cookies set in room temperature.
