Working Method
  • Whip the butter until soft
  • Add in all ingredients and mix until a dough is formed
  • Sheet the dough on the lamination machine to number 4
  • Then cut the dough into 6cm long, 1cm width , 6mm height
  • Then bake at 160°C for 17mins
  • Once it is baked, coat the cookie with the melted chocolate
