Working Method

Curcumin Cake
  • Mix all ingredients except dried blackcurrant and cashew nut together in a mixing bowl with paddle till homogeneous.
  • Add in dried blackcurrant and cashew nut, mix well.
  • Pipe into desired mould, sprinkle some streusel and cashew nut on top of the batter.
  • Bake at top temperature 180°C and bottom temperature 180°C for about ±25 minutes.
  • Depending on the size of the mould.

  • Mix all ingredients until crumble form.
  • Bake at temperature 160°C for about ±25 minutes, until golden brown.
