Working Method

Granola Pineapple Cake
  • Mix well the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil together until homogenous.
  • Pour it onto the cake pan, pipe some Topfil Pineapple on the top of the cake batter. 
  • Sprinkle some hawaiian coconut and granola on top.
  • Bake it at 180° for 20-30 minutes depends on size.

Chocolate Coating
  • Melt the Belcolade Selection Noir Cacao Trace and cocoa butter, then mix well.
  • Add toasted almond nibs.
  • Use it at 35-40°C.

  • Mix cocoa butter, molasses sugar and honey together, bring it to boil.
  • Add in mix nuts & seed and sea salt, mix well.
  • Bake at temperature 150°C for about 20 minutes.

  • Cut the cake into 8 x 4 cm, then freeze it for a while.
  • Dip it into the melted chocolate coating.
