Working Method

Berry Sponge
  • Mix all ingredients except oil at high speed till light and pale.
  • Mix in oil.
  • Bake at 180˚C bottom and 200˚C top for about 18 mins.

Coconut Cream
  • Whisk the Cremyvit with water and coconut cream on high speed for about 1mins.
  • Leave to rest for 5mins then whisk again till smooth.
  • Semi whip the whipping crème, and fold into custard mixture.

Vanilla Chantilly
  • Whip both the cream together with the vanilla essence.
