Working Method

Base
  • Mix all ingredients (except oil) at high speed for 8-9mins.
  • Then, incorporate oil into the mixture.
  • Baked 180°C for 20mins.

Cheese Parfait
  • Whip egg yolk, whole egg and sugar together until fluffy.
  • Mix Deli Cheesecake and cream cheese till smooth, then fold into egg mixture .
  • Lastly, add in whipping cream and gelatine mass.
