Burnt Chizu Cake


Working Method

Cake Base
  • Mix all ingredients together at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Bake at 180°C for ~ 14-16 minutes

Crumble Base
  • Mix all ingredients together, like a crumble.
  • Baked the crumble at 180°C for ~15–18 minutes

Cheese Cake Base
  • Melt the butter and mix with crumble base and salt.

Cheese Filling
  • Mixing: Beat cream cheese, Deli Cheesecake, lemon juice, salt and sugar together until smooth. Then, slowly add in egg and follow by flour.Lastly, incorporate the cream into the mixture. 
  • Freezing: Pipe the batter into cake ring and frozen for an hour. Then, remove from freezer and egg yolk wash on top of  the surface for 2 times.
  • Baking: Baked at 180°C top and 160°C bottom with double tray until golden brown in colour.
