Working Method

Charcoal Cake
  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl with paddle, mix well.
  • Spread the cake batter evenly on lined parchment paper.
  • Bake at 180°C for ±20 minutes depends on size.

Cheese Frosting
  • Soften the butter and cream cheese, add in icing sugar, beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Lastly add in the juices, zest and corn kernel.

Assembling
  • Divide charcoal cake into 3 portions, spread a thin layer of Cremfil salted corn on the bottom layer, followed by cheese frosting, repeat the step for another 2 layer of charcoal cake.
  • Freeze the cake.
  • Decorate as desired.
