Working Method

Pate A Cake Hazelnut (Cake Base)
  1. Mix well eggs, oil, water and cake mix.
  2. Pour into desired mould.
  3. Pipe one line of Cremfil Classic Mango.
  4. Cover the top of Cremfil Classic Mango with a little more batter.
  5. Bake at 170˚c for about 30-45mins.

Dacquoise Coconut
  1. Make meringue with egg white and granulated sugar.
  2. Sift the flour and powder sugar and mix throughly in the meringue.
  3. Put the dough in the piping bag and pipe on top.
  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar twice on the top of the cake.
  5. Bake at 200 °c top, 180°c bottom with double tray underlined for about 8-10mins.
