Working Method

Cake Base
  • Mix cake mix, water, oil and egg until homogeneous.
  • Baked at 180˚C for 18 – 20 minutes depends on size.

Salted Corn Cream
  • Whip up whipping cream and Ambiante until soft peak form.
  • Melt gelatine mass, incorporate a bit of Cremfil Salted Corn with gelatine mass, then pour back into the Cremfil Salted Corn and mix well.
  • Fold the cream into Cremfil Salted Corn mixture.
  • Lastly add in canned corn and mix well.

Peanut Spread
  • Spread a thin layer of chunk peanut butter on top of the cake.
  • Sandwich the cake with salted corn cream.
