Melon Panna Cotta Cake


Working Method

Cake Base
  • Mix cake mix, water, oil and egg yolks together until well combine.
  • Whip up egg white and sugar on medium speed till soft peak. (meringue)
  • Fold in the meringue into cake batter.
  • Bake at top 200°C bottom 180°C for about 15-18 minutes depends on size.

Panna Cotta
  • Heat the whipping cream, mix with Cremfil Hami Melon.
  • Melt gelatine mass, add into the mixture.
  • Pipe into a mini round mould and freeze.

Diplomat Cream
  • Pour the Cremyvit Classic into the water, mix well and rest for 5 minutes.
  • Mix again until it become smooth and thick.
  • Whip up Ambiante and whipping cream until soft peak, fold it with the cremyvit classic mixture.

  • Mix all ingredients until form a crumble.
  • Bake at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes.
