Working Method

Brown Sugar Cake
  • Mix all ingredients together except egg white and sugar.
  • Beat the sugar and egg white together until soft peak then fold into batter.
  • Sprinkle the baked crumble on top of the cake and bake together.
  • Bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes

  • Mix all ingredients together like a crumble.
  • Baked the crumble at 180°C for 15-18 minutes. 

Caramel Coffee
  • Melt Belcolade Lait Selection and add in expresso. Then, add into Deli Caramel slowly.
  • Semi whip the whipping cream and incorporate into the mixture.
  • Lastly, add in gelatine mass.
