Working Method

Pink Chiffon Cake
  1. Mix all ingredients except oil for ±3 – 7 minutes high speed until peak form.
  2. Slowly add oil and mix at low speed until homogeneous. 
  3. Bake at temperature ±150 - 180ºC for ±25 - 50 minutes depends on size.

Filling
  1. Layer the Vivafil Strawberry and Ambiante in between of the chiffon base with fresh strawberry.

Decoration
  1. Cover the whole cake with Ambiante and décor with fresh strawberry and cherry tomato.
